Terms & Conditions
Payments - Payments can be made by pay pal or by credit card.
VAT - VAT in included at 15% in the prices displayed.
Shipping - At the moment we only ship to the UK at a cost of £4.95.
Order processing - Most of the products in the shop are carried as stock items. If an item is out of stock we will inform you and give you a revised delivery date.
Orders received by 2pm UK time Monday-Friday will ship same day. Orders received after 2pm will ship the following day. Orders received on a Saturday or Sunday will ship the following Monday.
Product refunds - If products are faulty or damaged we will offer a replacement or refund. Please note that any items being returned will need a returns authorisation number. To get this you need to email us within 14 days on returns@annalou.co.uk with details of the product and why you wish to return it. A returns number will then be emailed to you and this must be clearly marked on the box. The returned items must be in it's original packaging. We will not replace or refund items that have been used or opened for hygiene reasons. If your order arrives damaged or broken please contact us on customerservices@annalou.co.uk as soon as possible.
Lost parcels - We will replace lost parcels. Please contact us at customerservices@annalou.co.uk. We will initially check the delivery address you have supplied us with and then track the parcel. If you have entered any part of your delivery address incorrectly then we are not able to claim against the loss with royal mail, and consequently we cannot refund/replace your order. If you are not in when your order arrives then a card will be left. Please follow the instructions on this card to arrange a new delivery of your order. If your order is returned to the post office they will hold it for 14 days before they return it to us. If your order is returned to us this way it will be subject to a 10% restocking fee. We regret that we cannot be held responsible if the carrier has failed to notify you of a delivery. If you are waiting for an order we always advise customers to contact their nearest post office depot to see if a parcel is being held for them.
Carbon footprint - As part of our efforts to reduce our carbon footprint we try to use recycled packaging wherever possible. Please be assured that your order will be properly packaged even though the packaging is recycled. We hope you have no objection to this.
The Data Protection Act - In accordance with the Data Protection Act we have a legal duty to protect any information we collect from you. We will only use your information for the purpose described and we do not pass on your details to any other third party unless you have given us permission to do so. You have a right to access your personal data and rectify any inaccuracies. Should you purchase one of our products we do not retain any payment details pertaining to the purchase.
Statement coverage - These terms and conditions only cover the Annalou On-line Shop website at http://www.annalou.co.uk/shop1. It does not cover links within this site to other websites.
Security - This site has security measures in place to protect the information under our control.
Changes to the policy - If the terms and conditions change in anyway way we will put the updated version on this page. By regularly viewing this page you are always sure of your rights.
